With over 37 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry, Jim is a dedicated Hearing Specialist committed to helping individuals reconnect with the sounds that matter most. Throughout a career spanning nearly four decades, he has provided compassionate, patient-centered care, specializing in hearing evaluations, hearing aid technology, and personalized hearing solutions.
Known for combining extensive clinical knowledge with a warm and approachable manner, Jim takes pride in educating patients and their families and developing customized treatment plans that improve communication and quality of life. By staying current with advancements in hearing technology, he continues to deliver innovative solutions tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Hearing Instrument Apprentice
As a Hearing Instrument Apprentice, Tori is dedicated to helping patients reconnect with the sounds and conversations that matter most. A graduate of Michigan State University, Tori combines her educational background with experience in the hearing industry and Human Resources to bring a people-first approach to every interaction. She is committed to lifelong learning as she trains to become a Hearing Aid Specialist and is passionate about providing a welcoming experience while helping patients achieve better hearing and quality of life.
